Research, consultation, and training to promote the mental health, well-being, and resilience of infants, young children, families, and their communities

Welcome

Thriving Together is a women-owned small business that works with local, state, tribal, territory, and federal partners to identify and address gaps in services and supports for infants, young children, and families affected by mental, behavioral, and relational health challenges.

Building trusting, mutually respectful relationships with our clients is the foundation of our approach, setting the stage for effectively identifying and working toward solving the complex problems that infants, young children, families, and service providers face in their everyday lives, and that in turn place them at risk for poor mental and relational health.

There can be no keener revelation of a society’s soul than the way in which it treats its children.
— Nelson Mandela

Trust, respect, and partnership are the foundation of our work

We believe that all young children and families have the capacity to thrive when they have equitable access to high-quality, evidence-based, culturally attuned supports. We work with our clients to provide these supports through research, consultation, and training services to develop, evaluate, refine, and scale interventions and service systems to promote the early social, emotional, and relational health of young children, their families, and the service providers with whom they work.

What we do

Thriving Together is strongly committed to understanding and incorporating the priorities, beliefs, and values of each client into our work. Our organization and its partners share the goal of improving the lifelong mental health and well-being of young children and families, particularly those who have been marginalized and disproportionately exposed to trauma and adversity and lack equitable access to high-quality early childhood and family services.
